Organic products of Salento Lecce are more tasty and nutritious?

In recent years, in Italy and generally in all Western countries, there has been a profound change in the relationship between food production and consumption. The structural dimensions and the qualitative potential of organic agriculture in the Salento Lecce are, for many years, a phenomenon of absolute importance to the national level.
